At Good Smile US, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion and apparel purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original condition with all tags attached, and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
